More dogs I photographed at the above show in Doncaster for their Halloween event. It was a fabulous day with dogs of all breeds wearing fancy Halloween costumes. Here are a few examples.
I was invited to the Discover Dogs Show hosted by the Kennel Club at the Excel in London for their two day exhibition. Whilst there I captured some of the agility classes, the police dog display team, heelwork to music and a whole range of other breeds of dog and doggie suppliers. Here are a sample of the shots
I did a model portfolio shoot with Marina trying out coloured gels, smoke and a fan. What a fantastic array of images we captured. It was a great shoot with a fabulous model. Here are a few examples of our day.
I met a lovely couple out in the park one afternoon who had two beautiful dogs, an Irish Setter and a Labrador and we chatted for a while about the dogs and she brought them to my studio to be photographed. I won’t forget the lovely sentiment she made about her dogs – she said they are so funny, so loyal, but so sweet. I can relate very well to that being a dog owner myself. Here are a few of the shots of Vyvyan and Dylan.
I also captured two fluffy kittens with the most lovely blue eyes, they were very playful and mischievous, but made the shoot all the more fun.
Well what a September I’ve had!
A Newfoundland breeder contacted me to do some shots of a litter of 12 pups her dog had just had. There were four weeks old and didn’t stay still for very long, however, I did manage to get a reasonable shot of all of them on an extra long bench!
On a sunny evening in August, I had the pleasure of capturing images of the rock band – Soul Shredder. It was a great evening, with some very loud, but entertaining music.
I photographed participants taking part in the Dog Jog at Rother Valley Country Park to help people take regular physical exercise with their dog to maintain a healthy lifestyle and help cut risk of cancer and other serious diseases. This event was to raise money for Cancer Research UK, the official charity partner of the Big Fun Run (Dog Jog). A great day for a good cause.
