I photographed participants taking part in the Dog Jog at Rother Valley Country Park to help people take regular physical exercise with their dog to maintain a healthy lifestyle and help cut risk of cancer and other serious diseases. This event was to raise money for Cancer Research UK, the official charity partner of the Big Fun Run (Dog Jog). A great day for a good cause.
Another visit to the beautiful Wentworth House to photograph a selection of ball gowns from Cherubs Prom & Bridal Shop in Doncaster. What a fabulous day we had shooting in this prestigious house - home to the Earl Fitzwilliam and his family http://www.cherubspromandbridalwear.co.uk
Wilma a beautiful standard poodle arrived for some shots. Again a fabulous day arranging and shooting this beautiful poodle. She even had her hair done purple for the occasion.
I was invited to the Carlton-in-Lindrick Gala Day to specifically take photographs of the dogs show and the ability course. What fantastic dogs, all so loveable I wanted to bring home. Another great day photographing the dogs.
Well what can I say about this shoot – a styled lace and pearls shoot for a selection of models held on location at Strelly Hall, Nottingham. What a fabulous location, styling and models were to work with. Again a fabulous shoot in the bag.
Outdoor on the farm and on the waters edge of Derwent Valley Reservoir, I had the pleasure of photographing three lovely gun dogs. A Springer Spaniel, a Cocker Spaniel and a lovely Labrador. Here are the results from my shoot.
I worked with the lovely Vicotira Lucie from Staffordshire on some pin up shots which worked out amazingly. She had some great outfits and acted the part with true professionalism. It was a pleasure working with her, had a great day.
In May saw the formidable action dog – Merlin. What a fantastic time I had shooting this incredible dog chasing after the Frisbee. I spent a couple of hours in the park with Merlin and his owner throwing, running and catching the Frisbee, along with performing little tricks like putting his paw over his eyes. Such a great shoot, one of the best I’ve done!
